Velcena orders have an estimated 2–5 business day handling time followed by 6–10 business days in transit.

The total estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, and our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-7).

Velcena offers free standard shipping within the United States.

After your order ships, Velcena will send tracking information to your email address with a tracking link.

If you need help with tracking, contact info@velcena.com and include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from delivery.

Before sending an item back, contact info@velcena.com to request a return. Velcena will review the request and, if approved, provide the applicable return instructions.

Approved returns have free return shipping and no restocking fee.

Returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. After inspection and approval, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.

Exchanges are available for eligible products. Contact info@velcena.com to request an exchange and receive the applicable instructions. Return shipping is free for approved exchanges.

Orders may also be canceled before shipment. If you would like to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
